We Saw the Best of Peru

Roger and I would like to thank you for the flawless organization of our ten day tour of Peru. It truly was an experience we will remember always. With your guidance and expertise, we saw the best of Peru in the time we had. Right from the beginning when choosing a destination, through booking the tour, Roger and I enjoyed the stress-free nature of the process and the feeling of confidence that we were well taken care of.
Peru itself turned out to be the destination that proved to have everything Roger and I were looking for. As you may remember, we had very different ideas as to what our 40th birthday bash should look like. I wanted some adventure, something a little out of the box. He wanted culture, local foods and some relaxing in style. We both came home extremely happy.
What made our trip so successful has to be all the fine people at Metropolitan Touring. We can not speak highly enough of all the individuals that picked us up, gave us our private tours, and the drivers. Roger and I often joked that if we wanted to get lost we would have had to run away and hide – and even then they would have still found us!
Our time in the jungle was incredible but what a completely different experience from 
Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. I could not get enough, and Roger enjoyed it but would have been happy to stay where we were (in the Sacred Valley). He was a good sport and joined me on all the excursions, but he did draw the line at the “Rain Forest by Night” walk… We saw all sorts of wildlife in our short stay there. The Amazon is one place I never thought I would be.
The itinerary was designed to make the most out of our ten days, and our accommodations for each location were absolutely mind blowing in every aspect. Such beautiful properties in the most gorgeous settings. The Inkaterra in Machu Picchu was especially hard to leave.
Over all you gave us an experience that will be hard to top. No amount of internet surfing could have come up with the holiday you created for us. I wasn’t looking forward to turning 40, but since it was going to happen anyway I am glad we did it in style and made memories that won’t be forgotten.
